I've had my 2006 Toyota Rav 4 for over eight years, and the transmission had just started failing. So, I started looking for a place to fix it, and many mechanics and friends recommended this shop. I called for an estimate and was referred to Andrés Gonzalez, the manager, who treated me like a close friend. After an excellent study of the car, he gave me his opinion, and the estimate took the time to drive around and check all the details and problems with the vehicle.
